Family Recovery
Group Foundation
We all know families who have experienced severe financial
distress due to their accident but are unlikely to receive
a favorable settlement. The Family Recovery Group Foundation
is here to work with you to identify those families who
would benefit from our charitable foundation.
Family Financial
Support
Family Recovery Group understands that injured families
often face financial crisis because they lack insurance,
savings or the ability to bring in revenue. Through our
financial support, families are able to maintain their standard
of living while you focus on resolving their case. We can
provide funding for a variety of needs as described in the
Financial Support
section of our website.

In order to review a request for funding,
the Family Recovery Group needs the following information:
| • |
Completed Family Recovery Group Case Summary
Form |
| |
– |
this can be completed by your office or we would
be happy to talk to your client and take the information
over the phone. |
| • |
Police Report |
| • |
Letter from the insurance company acknowledging
representation. Please provide insurance limits and/or
policy, if available. |
| • |
Medical Summaries |
| |

including narrative reports from treating physicians,
itemized specials sheet, emergency room records, etc. |
| • |
Summary of current status |
| |

| • |

Once all of the information is received, our
Underwriting Department will review the file within 3-5
days (2-3 weeks for medical malpractice complaints). All
reviews are based completely on the merits of the case.
Our fees are assessed monthly and are risk-adjusted for
each case. Repayment of advance funding is fully contingent
upon a favorable settlement, with no payment required until
the case is resolved. If the settlement is unsuccessful
or inadequate, there is no recourse and Family Recovery
Group is not repaid.
Family Recovery Group is able to offer
lump sum or monthly advances to your clients. Call us at
800-646-7890 today to discuss how we can help you help your
client.
