1. What is the charge for the Trauma Support Services?

There is no charge for the services Family Recovery Group provides regarding trauma support. Our goal is to help you on the road to recovery - one step at a time.

2. My accident has left me financially devastated. Can you help?

Yes. Family Recovery Group will evaluate your case for advance of funds. All you need to do is contact one of our Trauma Assistants who can take your information in less than 10 minutes. We will contact your attorney for documents regarding your case and begin the review process.

3. My family and I are overwhelmed with our situation. Can Family Recovery Group provide us with advice on how to handle our case?

Family Recovery Group does not offer any legal services or interfere with the relationship between you and your attorney. Our primary focus is trauma support and financial management.

4. How can I use the funds I receive from Family Recovery Group?

Funds can be used to stop an eviction, prevent repossession or pay for required medical treatment. It can also be used to pay overdue and future living expenses such as housing, utilities, childcare, or groceries. Our funds can be used to relieve many other financial needs. Speak to a Trauma Management Assistant to find out more.

5. Are the funds I receive a loan?

No. Family Recovery Group does not lend money, we advance funds. The repayment of the advance is contingent upon the outcome of your case. Because the advance is not due unless the case is successfully resolved, the advance is not a loan.

6. What is the fee for the advance?

The fee varies depending on several factors related to your case. There is no charge for the evaluation process and all fees will be disclosed at the time your case has been approved for funding.

7. Do I have to make payments on the advance?

No payments are required until the case settles.

8. What happens if there is no recovery on my case?

In the event of a loss, the advance is not repaid.
